Terms & Conditions

*Once accepted into Tiny Tree Market an invoice will be sent with payment details to your email address which is given on your application form.



* Payment of stall fees are required STRICTLY 1 week from the date the invoice.  Your stall may be forfeited if there is a non payment, stalls are ONLY confirmed once full payment has been made.

 

*Sponsorship fees are an additional cost to help promote your business, by being a sponsor you have additional advertising on our FB page, shout outs, advertsing material. Sponsorship payments have a 2 week payment date from invoice date.  Then a week later your stall fees will be sent out with a 7 day account. Fail to pay sponsorship and stall fees will result in a cancelled stall and we will contact waiting stall holders on our "waiting list". Being a sponsor is a special privilidge and ALL sponsors get considered before any other stall holders at the market.

*Stall fees are non-refundable and can not be transferred to another stall holder.

*Stall holders are responsible for the security of their stall and stock at all times, Tiny Tree Market will take no responsibility for theft, damage or any loss.

*Trestle tables are to be covered by a table cloth that reaches the floor.

*Stall sizes are 3m x 2m or 6x2 m stall holders must not trade beyond the designated space. Ouside stalls are 3x3m (you must supply your own gazebo with weights).

*Tiny Tree Market is open from 10am to 2pm, setting up commences from 8am, stall holder positioning will be announced closer to the date.

*Pack up is not allowed any earlier than 2pm for safety & insurance reasons.

*Please remove all rubbish from around your stall, and keep tidy in a rubbish bag
or out of sight.

*Stall holders must ensure their products satisfy State and Local Government laws.

*All Food stalls must send in their current Food safety form, and their public
liability insurance to even be considered at the Tiny Tree Market.

*All Food stalls must have running water, a hand wash system set up with hand soap and sanitizer.

*Any damaged made by a stall holder to the venue is the responsibility of the stall holder, and therefore will be held accountable for damages.

* You enter the premises at your own risk.

 

*Please make your self familiar with where you can park. Once unpacked please more your car ASAP into the designated stall holder car park.

 

*We ask that all stall holders join our Facebook group if accepted. All important info will be put in there. If you do not join it is your responsibility to email us to have the info sent out to you the week of the Market. If you are accepted and your request to join has not been accepted please contact us and let us know. STALL HOLDERS ONLY are accepted into the group and we use our invoicing system to see who to add. So in circumstances where there are 2 stall holders for the same stall we only have the one name on our invoiceing system your Facebook name may be unfamiliar to us. *Your mailing address will be used to send you flyers. By applying you are aware that we will require you to distribute between 60 - 100 flyers, if accepted.

 

*The most effective form of advertsing is via Facebook. We ask that ALL stallholders share the acceptance flyer once accepted, and the week leading up to the market that you share the flyer that will be in the market group at least once.

 

*All stall holders are eligible to put in 100 pieces of advertising into our market bags. The postage info will be in your accpetance email. Please ensure you get your flyers / sample to us aty least 3 weeks prior if you want us to put them in the bags for you. The Market bags will be set out early market day so if you run out of time to get them to us you can put them in there your selves before the market opens.
